Best Creative Agencies in London (2026)

13 London creative agencies doing standout work in 2026, from Shoreditch independents to idea shops inside the big holding groups

Introduction

The 13 London creative agencies below include the city's most awarded independents and the idea shops that sit inside larger groups. London agencies did well at the 2026 awards: Uncommon Creative Studio London was named Advertising Agency of the Year at D&AD, and Mother came second in D&AD's Independent Agency of the Year ranking.

The agency map shifted over the past year. Omnicom completed its acquisition of IPG at the end of 2025 and, in December, merged adam&eveDDB with TBWA\London as Adam & Eve\TBWA, combined FCB with AMV BBDO, and began retiring the DDB and MullenLowe brands during the first half of 2026. Ownership also moved among the smaller shops. BBD Perfect Storm took a majority stake in St Luke's in January 2026, and Wonderhood Studios bought ELVIS from Next 15 in July.

This page covers independents and integrated idea shops. Network offices such as BBH, Saatchi & Saatchi and AMV BBDO sit on our advertising agencies page. Every agency here has an active London office in 2026, and the list is unranked, since the right choice depends on your brief, budget and the way you like to work.

That D&AD result rested largely on "The Periodic Fable" for DECIEM's The Ordinary, a periodic table of 49 beauty buzzwords that won a Black Pencil, two Yellow Pencils and more. ITV, a client since 2018, has moved its retained creative account in-house.

What to look for in a London creative agency

Start with ownership. Independents such as Mother, W+K London and Joint answer to no holding company, which usually means senior people stay close to the work. Shops inside a group, such as Uncommon at Havas, NCA at WPP or Lucky Generals at Omnicom, can draw on group media, data and production resources while keeping their own brand. Check which of those resources your account would use.

Ask who will run your business, by name. The Omnicom and IPG merger, and a string of smaller deals in 2026, moved a lot of London talent around. The people presenting the pitch should be the people doing the work.

Look at range as well as reel. Many London agencies now run their own production arms (Wonderhood and Who Wot Why are examples), and some, like NCA, extend into customer experience. That can save time and money, though a dedicated production company may still suit a large shoot better.

Finally, look at how the agency handles the day-to-day: where files live, how client feedback is gathered and how approvals are recorded. Long relationships run more smoothly when everyone can find the latest cut, deck or key visual without searching email threads.

How Fabric helps creative agency teams

Fabric gives an agency one workspace for its files, client feedback and team knowledge, with AI search across all of it. The agency setup suits the way London shops run several accounts at once: one space per client, with briefs, scripts, decks, assets and call notes together.

Heavy files live in Fabric's cloud drive, which streams them on demand so they take no local disk space, and editors can open large video files without a full download. Search works by meaning across documents, images and transcribed recordings, and colour search finds visual assets by shade. Similar search pulls up related references, such as past campaigns with a similar look, from a single selected image.

For early creative development, the canvas works as an infinite board for moodboards and storyboards, with Figma, YouTube and Vimeo embeds. For client delivery, any file or folder can be published as a web page with password protection, and link analytics shows when each named recipient opened it. Clients can leave threaded comments through a shared link without signing up. There is more in why agencies stop sending Google Drive links to clients.

On Team plans, self-writing docs keep a page for each client up to date from meetings, Slack and the workspace, covering decisions, deliverables and open items.

Password protection and link analytics come with Pro and Team plans, and self-writing docs with Team plans, which start from $125 a month. See plans for teams.
