What is Zoho Cliq?

Zoho Cliq is team chat from Zoho, with channels, direct messages, bots and calls, built to work with the rest of Zoho's apps. Posting updates and sending quick notes to colleagues happens all day. This connection lets Fabric's assistant send those messages for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Zoho Cliq

Once Zoho Cliq is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can post to Cliq from a simple request.

Post to channels. Send Channel Message posts an update to a channel, such as a summary of a doc or your meeting notes from Fabric.

Message people. Send Direct Message sends a note to a colleague, and Broadcast a Bot Message sends a message from a bot to its subscribers. API Request (Beta) reaches the Zoho Cliq API for anything else.

There is no action for looking up messages, so the assistant works from what you give it.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending any message, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.

A Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as posting a Monday summary of the week's priorities to a team channel.
