What is Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management platform from Zoho, used by sales teams to manage leads, contacts, accounts and deals in modules they can customize. Keeping those records current after every call and email is where the time goes. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Zoho CRM

Once Zoho CRM is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can read and update your CRM from a simple request.

Find records. Find Module Entry and Find Module Entries search any module, such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts or Deals. Ask which deals are in negotiation for a region and you get a list without building a view.

Add and update records. Create Module Entry adds a record to any module, Update Module Entry changes one, and Create/Update Module Entry checks for an existing record first. Update Related Module Entry updates records linked to another, such as the contacts under an account. If your meeting notes are in Fabric, the assistant can turn them into CRM updates.

Move leads forward. Convert Lead turns a qualified lead into a contact, account and deal. Add Tag labels records for segmenting, and Add Attachment adds a proposal or contract. API Request (Beta) reaches the Zoho CRM API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before changes you have not clearly requested, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding records never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly list of deals with no recent activity. The connection also includes events, such as New Lead, New Contact, New Module Entry and Updated Module Entry, which can start an automation.

Search your CRM from Fabric

Connecting Zoho CRM also adds keyword search over your CRM records from Fabric's main search, so a contact or deal is findable alongside the rest of your library.
