Plan and track tasks. Create Task, Create Task List and Add Task List From Template break work down, Update Task changes details, and Mark Task Complete closes it. The action items from your meeting notes can become tasks in one request.

Log time and bill. Create Time Entry on Task and Create Time Entry on Project log hours, Create Expense records costs, and Create Invoice bills the client.

Communicate and organize. Create Message and Create Message Reply post updates, comment actions add notes to tasks, files, links, milestones and notebooks, and Create Notebook, Create Milestone and Upload File to Project keep project records together. Create Project and Add People to Project start new work.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating invoices, posting messages or adding people, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding things never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Friday summary of time logged per project. The connection also includes many events, such as New Task, Task Updated or Deleted, New Time Entry, New Milestone and New Comment, which can start an automation.
