What is SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is an online survey platform for customer feedback, employee surveys, market research and polls. Teams design surveys and send them through collectors such as email invitations and web links. Getting the right survey to the right people is a frequent manual step. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with SurveyMonkey

Once SurveyMonkey is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can send surveys from a simple request.

Send surveys. Send Survey sends a survey to the people you name through an email collector. After a workshop, a project or a support case, ask the assistant to send the feedback survey.

Manage contacts. Create Contact adds someone to your SurveyMonkey contacts and Find Contact looks them up.

Find surveys and collectors. Find Survey and Find Collector locate the right survey and collector. API Request (Beta) reaches the SurveyMonkey API for anything else, such as reading responses.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending surveys, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding surveys never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as sending a quarterly feedback survey. The connection also includes the events New Response Notification and New Response Notification With Answers, which can start an automation.

Connecting SurveyMonkey also adds keyword search over your SurveyMonkey records from Fabric's main search.
