Find projects, create deployments and set up projects on Vercel.
Powered by Zapier.
Vercel is a cloud platform for deploying web apps and sites, known for Next.js, with preview deployments for every change and a global edge network. Developers start deployments and set up projects many times a week. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle those steps for you, in plain language.
Once Vercel is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your Vercel projects from a simple request.
Find projects. Find Project looks up a project by name so you can check its details before you act.
Deploy. Create Deployment starts a deployment of a project, for example to ship a content change you prepared in Fabric.
Set up projects. Create Project adds a new project to your Vercel team.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating deployments or projects, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding a project never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly redeploy of a site that pulls fresh content. The connection also includes the events New Deployment and New Project, which can start an automation.
Connecting Vercel also adds keyword search over your Vercel records from Fabric's main search.
Developers trigger a deployment without opening the dashboard.
Indie hackers set up a project for a new side project.
Engineering teams post new deployments to Slack through an automation.
Designers redeploy a portfolio site after updating content.
What does the Vercel connection do?
It lets Fabric's assistant find projects, create deployments and create projects, and it adds keyword search over Vercel in Fabric.
Can I deploy to Vercel with AI?
Yes. Tell the assistant which project to deploy and Create Deployment starts it, after you confirm.
Can it create a new project?
Yes. Create Project adds one.
Can it roll back or delete deployments?
Not with a dedicated action. Those run in Vercel.
What happens when a deployment is created?
New Deployment is an event in the connection, and it can start an automation, such as posting the preview link to your team.
Does the assistant deploy on its own?
No. It acts on your instructions.
Is my data secure?
Everything in Fabric is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the connection acts on your account with your authorization. See the privacy and security guide.
Does Fabric work with other developer tools?
Fabric is an AI workspace for your projects, ideas, and files.
Save anything – PDFs, images, links, notes, voice memos, videos – and search across all of it by meaning, not just keywords. Think visually on an infinite canvas, connect your tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, and Figma, and work alongside a personal AI assistant that knows your work, remembers your context, and gets smarter the more you use it.
Available on web, iOS, Android, and desktop.
