What is Circle?

Circle is a community platform for creators and brands, combining discussion spaces, events, courses, chat and paid memberships. Running a community means a lot of member admin, posting and event setup. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Circle

Once Circle is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage your community from a simple request.

Manage members. Invite Member brings someone in, Update Member changes their details, and Remove Member removes them. Tag Member and Untag Member label people, and Find Member, Has Member Tag, Is Member of Space and Is Member of Space Group check who someone is and where they belong. Create Contact adds a contact.

Control access. Add Member to Space, Add Member to Space Group and Add Member to Access Group give access, with matching Remove actions to take it away.

Post and engage. Create Post publishes a post, Create Comment replies, Send Direct Message messages a member, and Start a Group Chat opens a conversation. Draft a weekly update in Fabric and post it to the right space.

Run events and courses. Create Event and Update Event manage events, RSVP Member to Event and Remove Member From Event manage attendance. Create Course Section and Create Course Lesson build courses, and Mark Course Lesson as Completed records progress.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before posting, messaging or removing members, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking members up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as posting a weekly roundup. The connection also includes events, such as New Member Added, New Post, New Event RSVP and Member Completed Course, which can start an automation.

Search your community from Fabric

Connecting Circle also adds keyword search over your Circle records from Fabric's main search.

What does the Circle connection do?

It lets Fabric's assistant manage members, tags, spaces and access groups, create posts, comments, direct messages and group chats, manage events and RSVPs, and build courses, and it adds keyword search over your Circle records in Fabric.

Can I post to my Circle community with AI?

Yes. Give the assistant the post and space, and Create Post publishes it after you confirm.

Can it add members to a space?

Yes. Add Member to Space and Add Member to Space Group give access.

Can it create events?

Yes. Create Event sets up an event, and RSVP Member to Event adds attendees.

Can it build course lessons?

Yes. Create Course Section and Create Course Lesson add content to a course.

Does the assistant post on its own?

No. It acts on your instructions.
