What is Workable?

Workable is recruiting software for posting jobs, sourcing and tracking candidates, and running a hiring pipeline with your team. Recruiters spend much of the day adding candidates, moving them through stages and leaving feedback. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Workable

Once Workable is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work your pipeline from a simple request.

Find candidates and jobs. Find Candidate, Find Candidate in Job and Find Job look things up, so you can ask where a candidate stands before an interview.

Add candidates. Create Candidate and Find or Create Candidate add people to a job without duplicates, such as a referral sent by email.

Move and note. Move Candidate Stage advances a candidate, Add Comment Candidate records interview feedback, and Add Tag to Candidate labels them.

Open roles. Create Requisition starts a request for a new role.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before adding candidates or moving stages, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking candidates up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Monday summary of candidates in each stage. The connection also includes the events New Candidate, Updated Candidate Stage and New Disqualified Candidate, which can start an automation.

Connecting Workable also adds keyword search over your Workable records from Fabric's main search.
