What is WooCommerce?

WooCommerce is the ecommerce plugin for WordPress, used by stores of every size to sell products, subscriptions, bookings and memberships. Running the store means a constant flow of order lookups, stock and price changes, coupons and customer updates. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle those for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with WooCommerce

Keep products right. Find Product, Create Product and Update Product manage the catalog, and Update Product Price and Update Product Stock Quantity change prices and stock directly. Find or Create Product checks before adding a duplicate.

Run promotions. Create Coupon, Update Coupon, Find Coupon and Find or Create Coupon set up and change discount codes for a sale or a customer apology.

Manage orders and customers. Create Order and Update Order handle orders taken by phone or changed after purchase, and Create Customer, Update Customer and Find or Create Customer keep customer records current.

Subscriptions and memberships. For stores using WooCommerce Subscriptions and Memberships, the Find, Create and Update actions for subscriptions, subscription notes, membership plans and user memberships manage recurring customers and member access. API Request (Beta) reaches the WooCommerce API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before changing prices, stock, orders or subscriptions, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes your store.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly low stock check. The connection also includes events for new and updated orders, customers, products, coupons, subscriptions, bookings and memberships, which can start an automation.

Search your store from Fabric

Connecting WooCommerce also adds keyword search over your store records from Fabric's main search, so an order or product is findable alongside the rest of your library.
