Search and update jobs, appointments, customers and invoices in ServiceTitan.
Powered by Zapier.
ServiceTitan is field service management software for residential and commercial trades such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical. It runs the business end to end: calls and bookings, dispatch, jobs, estimates, invoices, customers, equipment and technicians. The office spends much of the day looking things up and keeping records current. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.
Once ServiceTitan is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work across your ServiceTitan account from a simple request. The connection covers more than 80 actions.
Look things up. The assistant can search customers, locations, jobs, appointments, estimates, invoices, leads, projects, technicians, equipment and more. Ask which jobs are booked for tomorrow at a location, or what is still open on an estimate.
Book and schedule work. It can create jobs, appointments and bookings, assign or unassign technicians, and hold, reschedule or cancel appointments.
Keep customers and leads current. It can create and update customers, contacts and locations, add notes, apply tags, and create, update, follow up on or dismiss leads.
Estimates, invoices and purchasing. It can update estimate items, update invoices and invoice items, add invoice adjustments, and create and update purchase orders.
Projects, equipment and staff. It can create and update projects and tasks, record installed equipment, attach files to jobs, and manage employees, technicians and payroll adjustments. API Request (Beta) reaches the ServiceTitan API for anything else.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before cancelling or rescheduling appointments, changing invoices or payroll, or changing employee accounts, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Searching never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a morning summary of the day's appointments. The connection also includes events, such as New Job, New Call, New Lead, New Estimate, New Invoice and Updated Job, which can start an automation.
Connecting ServiceTitan also adds keyword search over your ServiceTitan records from Fabric's main search.
Office managers look up a customer's history before calling them back.
Dispatchers reschedule an appointment and reassign the technician in one request.
Service managers turn site visit notes in Fabric into job notes and follow up tasks.
Founders of trade businesses get a weekly summary of new leads and open estimates.
