What is PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is document automation software for proposals, quotes and contracts, with e-signatures and payments built in. Sales and operations teams use templates to produce documents quickly and track them until they are signed. The slow part is pulling the details together and checking where each document stands. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with PandaDoc

Once PandaDoc is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can create and track documents from a simple request.

Create documents. Create Document generates a proposal, quote or contract from a template with the details you give it, such as the client, pricing and scope from your notes in Fabric. Create Attachment adds a file to a document.

Track where things stand. Find Document and Get Document by ID look up a document and its status, and Get Document Attachments retrieves its files. Ask whether the Acme contract has been signed and you get the answer without opening PandaDoc.

Keep contacts current. Create or Update Contact adds or updates a recipient. API Request (Beta) reaches the PandaDoc API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating documents, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking documents up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly list of documents still waiting for signature. The connection also includes events, such as Document Completed, Document Sent, Document Paid and Document Status Changed, which can start an automation.

Search your documents from Fabric

Connecting PandaDoc also adds keyword search over your PandaDoc records from Fabric's main search, so a proposal is findable alongside your sales collateral.
