What is Manychat?

Manychat is a chat marketing platform for automating conversations on Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and SMS. Brands and creators use it to answer DMs, capture leads and run message sequences. Keeping subscribers tagged, in the right sequences and messaged at the right time is the routine work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Manychat

Once Manychat is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage subscribers and send messages from a simple request.

Find subscribers. Find User by ID, Find User by Name and Find User by Custom Field look people up, and Find Order by ID finds an order placed through Manychat.

Segment and route. Add Tag to User and Remove Tag From User label subscribers, Set Custom Field stores details such as a preference or a lead score, and Subscribe User to Sequence and Unsubscribe User From Sequence move people in and out of your sequences.

Message subscribers. Send Text Message to User sends a message, Send Content to User sends a flow you built, and Send Dynamic Message to User sends a message with dynamic content. Create Subscriber adds someone new.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending messages or changing sequences, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking people up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as tagging the week's leads from a list. The connection also includes events, such as New Subscriber, New Tagged User, New Order Paid and New "Trigger a Zap" Event, which can start an automation.

Connecting Manychat also adds keyword search over your Manychat records from Fabric's main search.
