What is Jobber?

Jobber is field service management software for home service businesses such as landscapers, cleaners, plumbers and contractors. It handles client requests, quotes, jobs, scheduling and invoicing. Owners spend evenings entering new clients and turning calls into quotes and jobs. This connection lets Fabric's assistant do that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Jobber

Once Jobber is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in your account from a simple request.

Add clients. Create Client adds a new client, Find Client looks one up, and Find or Create Client checks for an existing record first. Add Tags to Client labels them, for example by service area or type of work.

Turn requests into work. Create Request records a new service request, and Add Note to Request adds details from the call. Create Quote drafts a quote and Create Job books the work. A voicemail or a note from a site visit in Fabric can become a request, quote and job without typing it into Jobber.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating quotes or jobs, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking clients up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as entering the week's new inquiries from a shared list. The connection also includes events, such as New Request Created, Quote Approved, New Job Created, Job Closed and New Invoice Created, which can start an automation.

Connecting Jobber also adds keyword search over your Jobber records from Fabric's main search.
