What is Greenhouse?

Greenhouse is a hiring platform with an applicant tracking system, structured interviews, scorecards and onboarding, used by companies of all sizes. Recruiters and hiring managers spend time adding candidates, keeping notes and chasing scorecards. This connection lets Fabric's assistant help, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Greenhouse

Once Greenhouse is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in Greenhouse from a simple request.

Find candidates. Find Candidate looks someone up, and Find Due Scorecard shows which interview scorecards are still outstanding.

Add candidates and prospects. Create Candidate and Find or Create Candidate add people without duplicates, and Create Prospect adds someone you are sourcing.

Keep notes and details current. Create Candidate Note records feedback, for example from interview notes in Fabric, and Update Candidate changes their details. API Request (Beta) reaches the Greenhouse API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating or changing candidates, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a morning list of scorecards that are due. The connection also includes events, such as New Candidate Application, New Scheduled Interview, New Scorecard Due and Candidate Hired, which can start an automation.

Search your candidates from Fabric

Connecting Greenhouse also adds keyword search over your Greenhouse records from Fabric's main search.
