Sync customer lists, send offline conversions, and pause campaigns.
Powered by Zapier.
Google Ads is Google's advertising platform for campaigns on Search, YouTube, Display and Shopping. Advertisers pay for clicks, views or conversions, and results depend on targeting the right audiences and feeding back what happened after the click. Keeping audience lists and conversion data current usually means exports and uploads. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.
Once Google Ads is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage audiences, conversions and campaign status from a simple request.
Keep audience lists in sync with your customers. Create Customer List, Find Customer List, Find or Create Customer List and Update Customer List manage the lists. Add Contact to Customer List and Add Contact to Customer List With Email add people, and Remove Contact From Customer List takes them out, for example when a lead becomes a customer and should stop seeing acquisition ads. Delete Customer List removes lists you no longer use.
Report offline conversions. Send Offline Conversion tells Google Ads when a click turned into a sale or a signed deal somewhere else, such as on a call or in your CRM, so bidding can optimize for the outcomes you care about.
Control campaigns and pull reports. Find Campaign by Name and Find Campaign by Id look up campaigns, and Set Campaign Status pauses or enables one. Create Report builds a performance report you can read and summarize in Fabric. API Request (Beta) reaches the Google Ads API for anything else.
The assistant works from your instructions. Before pausing or enabling a campaign, deleting a list or sending conversions, it confirms with you, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding campaigns and lists never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Monday performance report for each active campaign. The connection also includes the events New Campaign and New Lead Form Entry, which can start an automation when they happen.
Connecting Google Ads also adds keyword search over your campaigns from Fabric's main search, so a campaign is findable alongside your briefs and reports.
Performance marketing agencies pause an underperforming campaign and pull a report for the client call in one request.
Growth leads add this month's new customers to an exclusion list.
Sales teams send closed deals as offline conversions so bidding learns from revenue.
Marketers keep campaign briefs in Fabric and check campaign status from the same place.
What does the Google Ads connection do?
It lets Fabric's assistant manage customer lists and their contacts, send offline conversions, find campaigns, pause or enable them, and create reports, and it adds keyword search over your campaigns in Fabric.
Can I pause a Google Ads campaign with AI?
Yes. Name the campaign and the assistant finds it and changes its status with Set Campaign Status, after you confirm.
Can it build a Google Ads report?
Yes. Create Report produces a performance report you can read and summarize in Fabric.
How do I add customers to a Google Ads customer list?
Ask the assistant. Add Contact to Customer List and Add Contact to Customer List With Email add people to the list you choose.
What is an offline conversion?
It is a sale or signup that happened outside your website, such as on a call, reported back to Google Ads and matched to the original click. Send Offline Conversion sends it.
Can it create ads or edit ad copy?
Not with the standard actions. The connection covers customer lists, conversions, campaign status and reports.
Does the assistant change campaigns on its own?
No. It acts on your instructions, and it confirms before changes, unless you've told it not to for a specific task.
Is my Google Ads data secure?
Everything in Fabric is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the connection acts on your account with your authorization. See the privacy and security guide.
Does this work through MCP or the API?
Fabric also exposes your library and connected tools to external AI through its MCP server and API. This connection is the built-in way for Fabric's own assistant to work with Google Ads.
Does Fabric work with other marketing tools?
Yes. You can also connect HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets.
Fabric is an AI workspace for your projects, ideas, and files.
Save anything – PDFs, images, links, notes, voice memos, videos – and search across all of it by meaning, not just keywords.
