Fireflies.ai is an AI notetaker that joins meetings, records and transcribes them, and produces summaries and action items. Teams use it to keep a record of calls without taking notes by hand. The useful part, what was decided and who owns what, is often buried in a long transcript. This connection lets Fabric's assistant pull it out for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Fireflies.ai

Once Fireflies is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your meetings from a simple request.

Find meetings. Find Recent Meeting, Find Meeting by ID and Find Meeting by Details locate a meeting and its transcript and summary. Ask what was agreed on yesterday's client call and keep the answer with your meeting notes in Fabric.

Send recordings for transcription. Upload Audio/Video sends a recording to Fireflies, for calls it did not join.

The assistant works from your instructions, and finding meetings never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Friday digest of the week's action items. The connection also includes the events New Meeting and AI Skill, which can start an automation when Fireflies finishes processing.
