Create and publish Eventbrite events and look up attendees.
Powered by Zapier.
Eventbrite is an event ticketing and registration platform for conferences, workshops, meetups and classes. Organizers use it to create events, sell tickets and manage attendees. Setting up each event, with its details and ticket types, is repetitive work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.
Once Eventbrite is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can set up and look up events from a simple request.
Create events. Create Event sets up an event with the details you give it, Create Ticket Class adds ticket types such as early bird or VIP, and Publish Event makes it live. Find or Create Event checks for an existing event first. An event plan written in Fabric can become a published Eventbrite page.
Look things up. Find Event finds an event and Find Attendee by Id pulls an attendee's details. API Request (Beta) reaches the Eventbrite API for anything else.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before publishing an event, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as creating next month's recurring workshop. The connection also includes events, such as New Attendee Registered, New Order, New Attendee Check-In and New Event, which can start an automation.
Connecting Eventbrite also adds keyword search over your Eventbrite records from Fabric's main search.
Community organizers set up a monthly meetup with ticket types from a template in Fabric.
Marketers create a webinar registration page and publish it when the copy is approved.
Workshop hosts check an attendee's details before an event.
