What is CASEpeer?

CASEpeer is case management software for personal injury law firms, covering intake, cases, medical treatment, settlements, tasks and client communication. Paralegals and attorneys spend much of the day finding cases, logging notes and assigning tasks. This connection lets Fabric's assistant help with that, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with CASEpeer

Once CASEpeer is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in CASEpeer from a simple request.

Find cases and people. Case Search finds a case, Caseworker Search finds a team member, and Case Type Search finds the right case type.

Log notes and tasks. Create Case Note adds a note to a case, for example from a call summary in Fabric, and Create Case Task assigns the next step.

Add leads and cases. Create Lead records a new intake, and Create Case opens a case.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating cases, leads or tasks, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Searching never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule. The connection also includes the events New Lead, New Case, Case Status Change and Received Client Text Message, which can start an automation.
