What is Zoho Mail?

Zoho Mail is a business email service from Zoho, with custom domain mailboxes, folders, tags and built in tasks and notes. Sending email, drafting replies and keeping the inbox organized are the daily work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant do that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Zoho Mail

Once Zoho Mail is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your mailbox from a simple request.

Send and draft email. Send Email sends a message from your Zoho Mail account, and Create Draft saves one for you to review first. A summary you wrote in Fabric can go out as an email in one request.

Organize your mailbox. The assistant can create folders and tags to keep mail sorted.

Track follow ups. Create New Task adds a task in Zoho Mail, such as a reminder to reply. API Request (Beta) reaches the Zoho Mail API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending email, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Drafts wait for you to review.
