What is Wufoo?

Wufoo is an online form builder from SurveyMonkey, used for contact forms, registrations, payments and surveys. Teams collect entries there, but information that arrives by phone or email often never makes it in. This connection lets Fabric's assistant find and add entries for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Wufoo

Once Wufoo is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your forms from a simple request.

Find submissions. Find a Submission looks up an entry, so you can check what someone submitted without opening Wufoo.

Add entries. Create Entry adds an entry to a form with the values you give it, so a phone registration or an emailed request ends up next to your web submissions. Create Entry (Legacy) is kept for older setups.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before adding entries, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding submissions never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as entering the week's offline registrations from a shared list. The connection also includes events, such as New Entry, New Form and New Field, which can start an automation.

Connecting Wufoo also adds keyword search over your Wufoo records from Fabric's main search.
