What is Whop?

Whop is a marketplace and platform for selling digital products, memberships, communities and courses. Sellers use it to run paid access, take payments and manage affiliates. Day to day, that means answering membership questions, handling refunds and cancellations, and creating promos. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle those for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Whop

Once Whop is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage your store from a simple request.

Answer customer questions. Find Member, Find Membership, Find Payment, Find Invoice, Find Refund, Find Lead and Get Payment Fees look things up. When a customer asks about their access or a charge, the assistant finds the answer.

Manage memberships. Update Membership, Pause Membership, Resume Membership, Cancel Membership and Uncancel Membership change a membership's state, and Add Free Days to Membership extends access, useful as a goodwill gesture.

Handle payments and invoices. Create Invoice and Void Invoice manage invoices, Create Payment takes a payment, Refund Payment issues a refund, and Create Checkout Session creates a checkout link.

Sell and promote. Find Product, Find Products, Find Plan and Create Plan manage what you sell, and Create Promo Code sets up a discount. Create Lead and Update Lead track interest.

Waitlists and affiliates. Approve Waitlist and Deny Waitlist handle waitlist requests, Find Entry and Find Entries look them up, and Find or Create Affiliate, Archive Affiliate and Unarchive Affiliate manage affiliates.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions. For anything that moves money or changes access, such as refunds, cancellations or voiding invoices, it confirms with you before going ahead, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly list of memberships scheduled to cancel. The connection also includes many events, such as New Payment, New Member Joined, Membership Canceled, Failed Payment and New Dispute, which can start an automation.
