Get call summaries and transcripts, and send texts from Quo.
Powered by Zapier.
Quo, formerly OpenPhone, is a business phone system for calls and texts, used by small teams for sales and support from shared numbers. It records calls and can produce transcripts and summaries. The useful part, what was said on a call, is often hard to get to later. This connection lets Fabric's assistant pull it for you and send messages, in plain language.
Once Quo is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your calls and messages from a simple request.
Get what was said on a call. Get a Summary for a Call and Get a Transcription for a Call pull the summary and transcript, and Get Recordings for a Call retrieves the recording. Ask what a customer asked for on this morning's call and keep the answer with your meeting notes in Fabric.
Find calls and messages. List Calls, List Conversations and List Messages show recent activity, Get a Message by ID pulls a specific text, and List Phone Numbers shows your numbers.
Text and keep contacts current. Send a Message sends a text from your Quo number, and Create or Update Contact keeps the contact record up to date.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending a text, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Reading calls and messages never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as an evening digest of the day's call summaries. The connection also includes events, such as Call Summary Completed, Call Transcript Completed and Incoming Message Received, which can start an automation.
Connecting Quo also adds keyword search over your Quo records from Fabric's main search, so a call or conversation is findable alongside the rest of your library.
Sales reps pull a call summary and log the follow-ups in Fabric.
Support leads review the transcripts of the day's calls for common issues.
Small business owners text a customer a confirmation from Fabric.
Sales teams keep contact details current after each call.
