What is Lofty?

Lofty, formerly Chime, is a real estate platform with a CRM, IDX websites, lead generation and transaction management for agents and brokerages. Agents need leads entered quickly and transactions kept up to date. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Lofty

Once Lofty is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can update your CRM from a simple request.

Find records. Find Record looks up a lead or contact, so you can check someone's details before a call.

Add and update leads. Create Lead adds a new lead and Update Lead changes their details, such as a new price range or timeline. A referral from an email or a buyer from an open house in your notes can go straight into Lofty.

Track transactions. Create Transaction opens a transaction and Update Transaction keeps it current as a deal moves toward closing. API Request (Beta) reaches the Lofty API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before creating or changing records, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking records up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding the week's open house sign ins. The connection also includes events, such as New Lead, Lead Pipeline Changed, New Transaction and Transaction File Uploaded, which can start an automation.

Search your leads from Fabric

Connecting Lofty also adds keyword search over your Lofty records from Fabric's main search.
