Add leads, update opportunities, and start or stop workflows in LeadConnector.
Powered by Zapier.
LeadConnector is the CRM and marketing automation platform behind HighLevel, widely used by marketing agencies and service businesses to capture leads, run follow-up workflows and track opportunities through a pipeline. Most of the effort is in getting new leads into the system and into the right workflow quickly. This connection lets Fabric's assistant do that for you, in plain language.
Once LeadConnector is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can add and update leads and control their workflows from a simple request.
Add and update contacts. Add/Update Contact creates a contact or updates the existing one, so a lead from an email, a call or an event list goes straight into your CRM with the details you have.
Track opportunities. Add/Update Opportunity creates or updates an opportunity in your pipeline, such as moving it to a new stage or changing its value after a call.
Start and stop follow-up. Add Lead to Workflow enrolls a contact in one of your workflows, such as a nurture sequence or appointment reminders. Stop All Workflows for Lead stops every workflow for that contact, for example when they book or ask not to be contacted.
Set the next step. Add Task creates a task on a contact so someone follows up.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before starting or stopping workflows, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding the week's event leads from a shared note. The connection also includes the event Pipeline Stage Changed, which can start an automation when an opportunity moves.
Agency owners add leads from a client's event list and enroll them in the client's nurture workflow.
Service businesses stop all workflows for a lead as soon as they book, so no one gets an extra reminder.
Sales reps update an opportunity after a call and add a follow-up task in one request.
Teams running their CRM work alongside Fabric keep notes in Fabric and push the outcome into LeadConnector.
What does the LeadConnector connection do?
It lets Fabric's assistant add and update contacts and opportunities, add contacts to workflows, stop all workflows for a contact, and add tasks in LeadConnector.
Is LeadConnector the same as HighLevel?
LeadConnector is the platform behind HighLevel, often called GoHighLevel. If you use HighLevel, this is the connection for it.
Can I add a lead to a HighLevel workflow with AI?
Yes. Add Lead to Workflow enrolls the contact in the workflow you name, after you confirm.
Can it stop follow-up for a lead?
Yes. Stop All Workflows for Lead stops every workflow for that contact.
Can it update an opportunity?
Yes. Add/Update Opportunity creates or updates it, including stage and value.
Can the assistant look up contacts?
There is no dedicated search action. Add/Update Contact matches an existing contact when it adds or updates one.
Does the assistant change my CRM on its own?
No. It acts on your instructions.
Is my LeadConnector data secure?
Everything in Fabric is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the connection acts on your account with your authorization. See the privacy and security guide.
Does Fabric work with other sales tools?
Yes. You can also connect HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly and Gmail.
Fabric is an AI workspace for your projects, ideas, and files.
Save anything – PDFs, images, links, notes, voice memos, videos – and search across all of it by meaning, not just keywords. Think visually on an infinite canvas, connect your tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, and Figma, and work alongside a personal AI assistant that knows your work, remembers your context, and gets smarter the more you use it.
Available on web, iOS, Android, and desktop.
