What is Iterable?
Iterable is a cross channel marketing platform for sending personalized email, SMS, push and in app messages based on customer data and behavior. Campaigns are driven by user profiles and the events they record. This connection lets Fabric's assistant keep users and events up to date, in plain language.
What Fabric's assistant can do with Iterable
Once Iterable is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can update Iterable from a simple request.
Add and update users. Create a User adds someone, and Update a User changes their profile fields.
Track events and purchases. Track Event records something a user did, and Track a Purchase records an order. Events can then start your Iterable campaigns.
Update carts. Update a User's Shopping Cart Items keeps cart data current for cart reminders. API Request (Beta) reaches the Iterable API for anything else.
You stay in control
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before tracking events or purchases that can start campaigns, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.
A Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding the week's event attendees to Iterable.
