What is Follow Up Boss?

Follow Up Boss is a CRM built for real estate agents and teams. It collects leads from listing sites and ads, assigns them to agents, and keeps follow-up on track with action plans, tasks and call logs. Agents lose time logging calls, updating stages and making sure no lead goes cold. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Follow Up Boss

Once Follow Up Boss is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work your database from a simple request.

Log the work after every conversation. Log Call records a call, Create Note adds what was said, and Create Task sets the next follow-up. Change Stage of a Contact moves a lead from new to active or under contract, and Add Tags to a Contact labels them, for example by neighborhood or price range.

Find and update contacts. Find a Contact looks someone up and Update Contact changes their details. Create Contact Without Triggering Action Plans adds a contact quietly, useful for past clients or referrals you do not want dropped into an automated sequence. Attach File to Contact keeps a document with the record.

Control follow-up plans. Apply an Action Plan to a Contact starts an automated follow-up plan, and Pause an Action Plan for a Contact pauses it when the lead responds.

Manage the team and deals. Reassign Agent moves a lead to another agent, Add Collaborators brings a teammate in, and Create Deal tracks a transaction. API Request (Beta) reaches the Follow Up Boss API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before starting action plans or reassigning leads, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking contacts up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a morning list of leads with no contact in a week. The connection also includes events, such as New Contact, Person Stage Updated, New Deal and New Inquiry or Website Event, which can start an automation.

Search your contacts from Fabric

Connecting Follow Up Boss also adds keyword search over your contacts from Fabric's main search, so a client is findable alongside your notes on them.
