Add subscribers and manage segments and workflows in Flodesk.
Powered by Zapier.
Flodesk is an email marketing platform known for its design focused templates, popular with creators, coaches and small brands. It organizes subscribers into segments and sends them through workflows such as welcome sequences. Keeping subscribers in the right segments and workflows is the routine work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.
Once Flodesk is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage your subscribers from a simple request.
Add and find subscribers. Create/Update Subscriber adds someone or updates their details, and Find a Subscriber by Email Address looks them up. A list of people from an event, a workshop or a DM conversation can go straight into Flodesk.
Put people in the right segments. Add Existing Subscriber to Segment and Remove Existing Subscriber From Segment keep your segments accurate, for example moving someone from leads to customers after they buy.
Start and stop sequences. Add Existing Subscriber to Workflow enrolls someone in a sequence, and Remove Existing Subscriber From Workflow takes them out. Unsubscribe Subscriber removes someone from your emails when they ask.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before adding people to workflows or unsubscribing them, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking subscribers up never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding the week's workshop attendees to a follow-up workflow. The connection also includes the events Subscriber Created, Subscriber Added to Segment and Subscriber Unsubscribed, which can start an automation.
Connecting Flodesk also adds keyword search over your Flodesk records from Fabric's main search, so a subscriber is findable alongside the rest of your library.
Coaches add new clients to a customer segment and start their onboarding sequence in one request.
Content creators add attendees from a live session to a follow-up workflow.
Small brands move a buyer out of the lead nurture sequence once they purchase.
Solopreneurs handle unsubscribe requests from their inbox without logging in.
