What is Deel?

Deel is a global HR and payroll platform for hiring and paying employees and contractors in over 150 countries, covering contracts, payroll, time off, timesheets and compliance. People and finance teams spend time tracking contracts, reviewing timesheets and handling adjustments. This connection lets Fabric's assistant help, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Deel

Once Deel is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in Deel from a simple request.

Look up people and contracts. Find People and Find Contract show who works with you and on what terms, and the assistant can find timesheets, invoice adjustments and time off types.

Timesheets. The assistant can create and update timesheets, and Review Timesheet approves or declines one.

Invoice adjustments. It can create, update and review invoice adjustments, such as a bonus or expense for a contractor.

Time off. Create a Timeoff records time off for a worker. API Request (Beta) reaches the Deel API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before reviewing timesheets or creating and approving invoice adjustments, since those affect pay, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Friday list of timesheets waiting for review. The connection also includes events, such as Contract Created, Contract Terminated, Timesheet Created and Time-Off Created, which can start an automation.
