What is ClickSend SMS?
ClickSend is a business messaging service for sending SMS, MMS and voice messages, one at a time or as campaigns to contact lists. Businesses use it for reminders, alerts and promotions. This connection lets Fabric's assistant send messages and manage your contact lists for you, in plain language.
What Fabric's assistant can do with ClickSend SMS
Once ClickSend is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can message people from a simple request.
Send messages. Send SMS sends a text, Send MMS sends a picture message, and Send Voice sends a text to speech voice call.
Send to many. Send SMS to Contact List texts a whole list, and Create SMS Campaign, Send SMS Campaign and Send MMS Campaign run campaigns.
Manage contacts and lists. Search Contact by Phone, Search Contact by Email Address and Search Contact Lists find people and lists, Create Contact, Update Contact and Delete Contact manage them, and Create Contact List and Delete Contact List manage lists. API Request (Beta) reaches the ClickSend API for anything else.
You stay in control
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending messages or campaigns, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Messages are billed to your ClickSend account.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as texting tomorrow's appointment reminders each afternoon. The connection also includes the events New Incoming SMS, Delivery Receipt and Link Hit, which can start an automation.

Connecting ClickSend also adds keyword search over your ClickSend records from Fabric's main search.
