What is Brevo?

Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, is a marketing and customer communication platform for email, SMS and a built in sales CRM. Businesses use it for newsletters, transactional emails and texts, and to track companies and deals. The everyday work is keeping contacts and deals current and sending the right message at the right moment. This connection lets Fabric's assistant do that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Brevo

Once Brevo is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage contacts and deals and send messages from a simple request.

Keep contacts current. Contact Create or Update adds or updates a contact, Search Contact finds one, and Unsubscribe Contact removes someone from your sends when they ask. Event Create records a custom event against a contact for use in your automations.

Send one off messages. Send Transactional Email sends an email through Brevo and Send Transactional SMS sends a text, useful for a confirmation, reminder or follow-up to a specific person rather than a whole list.

Work the sales CRM. Add or Update Deal and Find Deal manage deals, and Add or Update Company and Find Company manage companies. Add or Update Associations and Remove Associations link contacts, companies and deals together. Delete Deal and Delete Company remove records you no longer need. API Request (Beta) reaches the Brevo API for anything else.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions. For anything that sends a message or deletes a record, it confirms with you before going ahead, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Searching never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly check of deals that have not moved. The connection also includes events, such as Contact Added, Contact Unsubscribed, Deal Stage Updated, Marketing Email Opened and Link Clicked, which can start an automation when something happens in Brevo.

Search your contacts from Fabric

Connecting Brevo also adds keyword search over your Brevo records from Fabric's main search, so a contact, company or deal is findable alongside the rest of your library.
