What is Attio?

Attio is a flexible CRM built around customizable objects, records and lists, popular with startups and teams that want a CRM shaped to how they work. Keeping records and lists current after every call and email is the routine work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Attio

Once Attio is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in your CRM from a simple request.

Find records. Find Records and Find List Entries look up people, companies, deals and list entries, so you can ask which deals in a pipeline have no recent activity.

Add and update records. Create Record, Update Record and Create or Update Record manage records across any object, including custom ones.

Work your lists. Create List Entry, Update List Entry, Create or Update List Entry by Parent Record and Delete List Entry manage pipelines and other lists, such as moving a deal to the next stage.

Log the work. Create Note adds context to a record, Create Task and Update Task set the next step, and Create Activity records what happened. Create Storage Location sets up a storage location.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before removing list entries or changing many records, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Finding records never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a Monday list of deals with no next task. The connection also includes events, such as Record Created, Record Updated, List Entry Created, Task Created and Call Recording Created, which can start an automation.
