What is Any.do Personal?

Any.do Personal is the individual version of Any.do, a to-do list and planner app for personal tasks, lists and reminders across phone, desktop and web. People use it to keep track of errands, work tasks and plans. Getting tasks into it from emails, meetings and notes is the friction. This connection lets Fabric's assistant add and update them for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Any.do Personal

Once Any.do is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage your tasks from a simple request.

Capture tasks. Create Task adds a task to the list you choose, and Find or Create Task checks for an existing one first. Ask the assistant to pull the to-dos out of a note or email and add them.

Find and update tasks. Find Task looks up a task, and Update Task changes it, including marking it done or moving the due date.

Organize lists. Create List starts a new list, for example for a trip or a project.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and finding tasks never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding a weekly planning task every Sunday. The connection also includes the events New Task and Task Completed, which can start an automation.

Search your tasks from Fabric

Connecting Any.do also adds keyword search over your tasks from Fabric's main search. If you prefer to keep tasks in Fabric, see Fabric's own tasks and reminders.
