What is Keap?

Keap, formerly Infusionsoft, is a CRM and marketing automation platform for small businesses, with contacts, companies, tags, invoicing, payments and automated campaigns. Keeping contacts tagged, notes logged and invoices raised is the routine work. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle it for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Keap

Once Keap is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work in your CRM from a simple request.

Find people and companies. Find Contact, Find Company and Find Invoice look things up, so you can check a client's details or an invoice before a call.

Add and update records. Create or Update Contact and Find or Create Contact manage contacts without duplicates, and Create Company, Update Company and Find or Create Company manage companies.

Tag and log. Tag Contact and Remove Tag From Contact segment people, which in Keap often starts or stops automations. Create Note logs what was said and Create Task sets the next step.

Invoice and email. Create Invoice raises an invoice, Add a Product to an Invoice adds line items, and Create Product adds to your catalog. Send Email sends an email to a contact.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before tagging, sending email or raising invoices, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as tagging the week's webinar attendees. The connection also includes many events, such as New Contact, New Contact Tag, New Invoice, New Payment and Opportunity Stage Moved, which can start an automation.
