What is Gong?

Gong is a revenue intelligence platform that records and analyzes sales calls, emails and meetings, and shows deal activity in one timeline. Sales teams use it to coach reps and forecast deals. This connection lets Fabric's assistant add activity to Gong, and its events can start automations.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Gong

Once Gong is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can add activity to Gong from a simple request.

Record shared content. Add a "Content Shared" Event logs that you shared a document, such as a proposal, with a prospect.

Record viewed content. Add a "Content Viewed" Event logs that a prospect opened it.

Record custom actions. Add a "Custom Action" Event logs any other step, so Gong's activity timeline shows the full picture.
