Create custom audiences and add or remove emails.
Powered by Zapier.
Facebook Custom Audiences let advertisers target or exclude people they already know, such as customers or leads, in campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Audiences built from email lists go stale unless they are kept current. This connection lets Fabric's assistant manage them for you, in plain language.
Once connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage audiences from a simple request.
Create audiences. Create Custom Audience sets up a new audience, for example for a retargeting campaign or a lookalike seed.
Keep audiences current. Add Email to Custom Audience adds people and Remove Email From Custom Audience removes them, such as taking new customers out of an acquisition audience. API Request (Beta) reaches the Meta Marketing API for anything else.
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before changing audiences, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as adding the week's new customers to an exclusion audience.
Performance marketing agencies keep client audiences in sync with their CRM.
Ecommerce teams add recent buyers to an exclusion audience.
Marketers build a retargeting audience from event attendees.
