What is Facebook Conversions?

Facebook Conversions connects to Meta's Conversions API, which lets businesses send events such as leads and purchases to Meta directly from their own systems instead of relying only on the browser pixel. Meta uses those events to measure results and optimize ads on Facebook and Instagram. Sales that close by phone, in a CRM or in store are often never reported back. This connection lets Fabric's assistant send them for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with Facebook Conversions

Once Facebook Conversions is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can report events to Meta from a simple request.

Report purchases. Send Purchase Event tells Meta that a customer bought, with the value and the details you give the assistant, so sales that happen outside your website still count toward your campaigns.

Report leads. Send Lead Event records a qualified lead, for example one that came in by phone or through a partner.

Report funnel steps and other events. Send Funnel Event records a step in your customer journey, such as a booked call or a started trial, and Send Other Event sends any other standard or custom event.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before sending events, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as sending the week's closed deals as purchase events every Monday.

How people use it

Performance marketing agencies send a client's offline sales to Meta so campaigns optimize toward real revenue.

Service businesses report booked consultations as funnel events.

Sales teams send closed deals from their notes as purchase events.

Marketers fill gaps in pixel tracking with server side events.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Facebook Conversions connection do?

It lets Fabric's assistant send purchase, lead, funnel and other events to Meta through the Conversions API.

What is the Meta Conversions API?

It is Meta's way for businesses to send conversion events directly from their own systems, which helps measurement when browser tracking misses events.

Can I send offline sales to Facebook with AI?

Yes. Give the assistant the sale details and Send Purchase Event reports it to Meta.

Can it report leads?

Yes. Send Lead Event records a lead with the details you provide.

Does this replace the Meta Pixel?

No. It sends events from your side and works alongside the pixel.

Can the assistant read my ad results?

No. This connection sends events to Meta. It does not read campaign performance.

Is my data secure?

Everything in Fabric is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the connection acts on your account with your authorization. See the privacy and security guide.

Does Fabric work with other tools alongside Facebook Conversions?

Yes. You can also connect Shopify, HubSpot and Stripe.
