What is Airwallex?
Airwallex is a global financial platform for businesses, with multi currency accounts, international transfers, corporate cards, payment acceptance and subscription billing. Once Airwallex is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can work with your Airwallex account from a simple request.
Look up payments and billing. The assistant can get and list payments, invoices, customers, products, prices, subscriptions, checkouts and beneficiaries. Ask which invoices are still open or what a customer paid last month.
Invoice customers. It can create invoices, add or update line items, finalize an invoice, mark it as paid, or void it.
Manage billing. It can create and update customers, products, prices, subscriptions and checkouts, and cancel subscriptions.
Cards and beneficiaries. It can create cards and cardholders, and create or update beneficiaries for transfers.
You stay in control
The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before anything with financial impact, such as finalizing or voiding invoices, cancelling subscriptions, creating cards or changing beneficiaries, unless you've told it not to for a particular task. Looking things up never changes anything.
When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as a weekly list of unpaid invoices. The connection also includes many events, such as New Payment, Failed Payment, New Invoice, Card Transaction Failed and Low Account Balance Alert, which can start an automation.
