What is ABC Trainerize?

ABC Trainerize is a personal training and fitness coaching platform used by trainers, studios and gyms to deliver workout programs, nutrition plans and habit coaching through an app. Coaches spend a lot of time on admin: onboarding clients, assigning programs and keeping groups and tags in order. This connection lets Fabric's assistant handle that for you, in plain language.

What Fabric's assistant can do with ABC Trainerize

Once Trainerize is connected, Fabric's AI assistant can manage clients from a simple request.

Onboard clients. Create / Update Client V2 adds or updates a client, Find Client looks one up, and Assign To assigns them to a trainer. Reactivate Client and Deactivate Client manage their status.

Assign programs. Copy Master Program to Client gives a client a program from your library, Add Next Training Phase moves them on, and Subscribe to Main Program, Subscribe to Addon Program and Unsubscribe From Programs manage program subscriptions.

Organize and communicate. Add Tag to Client, Remove Tag From Client, Add to Group and Remove From Groups keep clients organized. Send Message in Trainerize messages a client, and Attach Meal Plan PDF and Upload Attachment share files.

You stay in control

The assistant works from your instructions, and it confirms with you before messaging clients or changing their programs or status, unless you've told it not to for a particular task.

When a job should run regularly, a Fabric AI job can run on a schedule, such as moving clients to their next phase every four weeks. The connection also includes events, such as New Client, Workout Completed, Habit Completed and Weight Goal Hit, which can start an automation.

Search your clients from Fabric

Connecting Trainerize also adds keyword search over your Trainerize records from Fabric's main search.
