Meeting withh dean Aug. 08, 2026

... our students really learn to focus on the, sa, ah, sa second year. Kung lahatin na natin, eh, kung kaya, a series of, ah, activity tayo for them. For example, first year, we'll--

ah, you know, about, ah, you know, about technology, new technology, and also partner with the teams, so like, partner with the DIC team para makapagpataw na ang PPE. Na hindi lang for second year students, hindi lang for business analytics, service management, and network. And also, yeah, an invite ka lang tayo if you want.

Why I matter

? Parang, I don't know. Ah, right. Siguro lang, uh, parang-

Next. Inspecteur naman pala to, may proactivity.

Ah, okay. May proactivity ng CICS, right? Eto yung- Very good. I read that. So, in March, the best, uh, from September to November, sobrang hindi dalawa 'to.

For in the March, wala lang 'to. Pwede, uh, since this is a series of activity for CICS with the coverage shot for 2021.

Mmm, wala po, alam. Sir, pero, uh, if you could give me one minute, sir, naman po ang pagpapagawa sa-

Okay. So for our CICSP...

You have a policy in a certain year, and the deadline is not met.

Or not programming

. Uh...

Let's call us here for na-programming competition. SBL and 7 other 7 other

7 other 7 other

So, why not you tap a bond from

the second semester, so-and-so part, um, say, CSB?

Or is it like ISL, like, 10?

Is it the same price?

Uh, I think, ah, ah, po, is you pay for the breast data po na ginawa? Uh-huh. Pero naman tayo this year, ano? Yes, po. Okay. Sige. 'Wag na natin i-kill it this year kung hindi kayang araw. Okay. Sige. Next po. Okay na yon. Okay din naman tayo dito. Yan, nabala? Uh, last year, madaming concern, or this year, may concern ng mga students. Hindi daw tayo nag-conduct ng, anong yun?

Wala daw recognition. So, on, on our, on our end, hindi na din naman kami nakapag-recognition. Supposedly, dapat yun ay isa,

sa, sa mga gitong sa grad ball. Usually kasi ang recognition na ginagawa, ah, sa graduation ball, ah, that also includes yung mga court key and so on. Eto ba yun? Eto ba yung sa dean's list? Eto ba yung activity na yun or iba ba to?

For, for the-- for this academic year.

Uh, for ano po siya? For STEM, akala ko. Oh, okay. For the second semester.

I, I want to propose din kasi sana na, uh, let's collaborate with, uh, Recognition. Uh, let's, uh, pumunta kay Recognition same with the activity na ginagawa po ng CAPI, na nagkakaroon po sila ng recognition sa lahat ng, ng students including fourth year or graduating students. Maybe we can, we can partner

with this one. Magiging around May po siya before the graduation.

Okay. I mean, I- I'm just- I'm just abalahan, eh. I'm just abalahan, eh, noong, uh, this, this- Uh-huh. ... time. All right. Okay. So she is in. Uh, next po, ito ay...

Haka-tan. Ay, ayaw naman ayon sa haka-tan. But I, I just want to inform you that I'm also the director for Center for AI and Smart Technologies, and we're planning a hackathon, uh, this year. Since I am connected to the college, or the College of-- or sa college po natin. So I will involve you to this hackathon. Ah, pag sinabi po kasing hackathon, that is not, uh, that is not just a simple programming competition. Meron niyang teaching, meron niyang seminar.

... or workshop before the hackathon. And there are po yung mga problem, uh, or real-life problem coming from the industry. And we are also in partnership with the DOS with regards to challenges. So maybe we can, uh, we can partner in order to hackathon be conducted, uh, inside university-wide. Pero pinaplano pa lang namin. I-involve ko kayo, 'wag kayong mag-alala. Uh, the funds will be coming from our center, Center for AI. By the

way, we are...

... mapping all the AI related tasks to that organization, uh, para po nito sa activity na 'to.

Yeah, uh, maganda 'yan. May pahakabang tayo. And also, this is for gender. I think, uh, may, may target tayo dito, inclusivity. So just coordinate with, uh, with the head office. Kailan pa natin sinasecrete ang, uh, uh,

uh, inclusivity sa university or ang graduate.

Uh, training coordinator na si Muri, dapat.

Uh, you sure about A-Train?

Uh, on March, on March, I thought I went in the early days one. Uh, it's about bouncy, I thought, but March. I don't know. Uh, let's try to coordinate with our producer.

Um, next one.

Legacy project. By the way, uh, Sir Justin. Sir Justin. Justin. Yes, ma'am. How's our legacy project last time? Ayan. Yeah, that's nice, Sir Justin. Pwede na tayo mag-video call minsan, ano?

Kasi po-

Ah, kasi tulad ng hirapan kasi yung org natin. Pag Black Serenity, kapag meron tayo mga, mga-

Ah, mga activities, hirap ang hirap lang.

Maganda yung project mo yan. Maganda yung project mo. Thank you po.

Okay. For legacy project, I will, ah, let's see if I have a legacy project or not.

Ah, so, yeah. Mayroon akong mga piliti ma'am, ah, Miss Jaira. Ah, yung election na lang. Yung election.

office workers. Ah, yun.

Ah, well, uh, I would like to discuss-

Okay.

लेकिन अ, let's, अ, let's try to utilize technology.

Since पता नहीं ना देख सिर्फ अ, colleges का बारे में है, just अ, IT side. So, did you add anything?

Okay, thank you for the presentation. Let's now proceed with the tech Q&A session.

Wala. Sige na. May una?

Ah, like, like IS officer?

See you, bye. Uh, let's start.

Once again, last name is Cox.

So I would like to introduce myself. I'm I.

I'm the unit executive officer of the Tech Innovators Society, or also known as the Tech IS. I'm sorry for the background noise.

And I will be introducing both my officers.

So, Frankie, raise your hand so I can call you.

When they call your name.

So, for our Chief Operations Officer, she's not here right now. She was due. Internet. Yeah.

She was due before we got here. And then next, we will be on call for Chief Technical Officer.

Chief Financial Officer.

Chief Communications Officer.

And then our CCP always also not here, po. And so we're moving on for the Chief Creative CEO.

So now we're gonna move on for the AME, sponsorship manager.

Audit officer.

Technical project manager.

Information technology lead.

Technical lead, really nice.

Community partnership coordinator.

Administrative officer.

Document agency. Visual media officer.

Emotion sleep.

Marketing manager.

Graphic designer.

Ficou, ok.

And that's about the least our video editor.

Okay. So after the-

... my up-

... care of, you know, for teaching for with, uh, plan of action.

So, in here, po, you can...

I just want to see if you plan to, um-

Uh, welcome us for collaboration with the MSC.

So in case what is the company that we-

Something that we can do for the first week.

Okay. So, I will be teaching you how to create a course. So, Abby, you are going to be teaching me how to create a course. So, the next one, we will be working on is our first lesson. This one is extension 1, and titled as "Reading." So, in here, we cover the four elements of reading. And in here, we're going to have some, um... So, this extension-

... uh, this extension is regarding reading comprehension. Uh, I created this together with my student innovators, Dr. Felicia Lacat and Dr. Nicole. So, in here, we will teach your learning passions and how to become a part of the program for virtual learning development. And we will discuss this. And for the next one, we will be working on is our first lesson. This one is extension 1, and titled as "Reading." And in here, we're going to have some, uh,

the implementation of the curriculum for our area of focus, KIS officers for

the students who are registered against them, from a briefings and simple program of the curriculum.

So for the next one, we have the 3000 students, right?

Right. So for this collaboration with, uh-

It is the end. You need to end the call now.

80 showcase detective here. So, for the next one call, we have the legacy call, the Red Spark Challenge. November 18th. This is for the second week. So, on the picture, this is actually a collaboration call with our

advisor, which is Sir Kaloy. He has-

Okay ... accepted for having our-

Um, may I request the advisor for this?

Yes, sure. And, uh...

So this event, uh,

is the second, uh, event of... It is a technology-powered academic quiz competition, and it's co-hosted with a historic university.

You're identifying me at Interwebs.

So it means to, like, have an excellence, critical thinking, school pride, and volunteerism among Tech I.S. officers and participants.

For the next one, we have the Bonita. So this one is actually just collaboration from NSC 128. We included food sa POA since-

Okay. And then for the next one, we have the next issue.

Same thing, experience. So just, I haven't really specifically thought how it's based, just-

Specific, specific. ... to be held on a separate day.

Featuring SCG for age 9 to 15. So this event for, is a career and networking event designed to connect students-

Mm-hmm ... with companies offering internship opportunities. So this one part is for our incoming fourth year students, para hindi sila mahirapan kung an

ong- ... companies

in the, in the last... before the second season.

So, this one aims to help students become more career-ready while strengthening partnerships between students po, organizations, universities, and-

Interesting part.

So for the second sandbox, we have Sparkapalooza, collaborated for with the SSC. And then, second is Recognition Day.

Recognition Day, so this one for, is just a simple recognition for in...

We appreciate po yung mga na-reintroduce there po, oo, para kang sem, in this second sem.

So next one naman po is, uh, Oink Cupid for the Valentine's Day. I think this is my favorite collab with Oink.

And then the S.S.

Transatlantic Line.

And then, the tech is annual election poll wherein we elect the next tech innovator in the Philippines.

And then, the CSS night, which is no tentative polls since...

It's, it's not... Exactly.

Uh, 300.

What's that included in?

Kasama po si last year. And then, the 11th hour para ngayon, this one is also SSC collaborated with all the organizations po we're in. They recognize the-

Mm-hmm ... uh, hard work and passion po sir from the... throughout the coming year po. And then, that's it po. Thank you, Ms. May. Okay. So medyo ang dami na d'yan activities ano?Okay. Uh, I would like to...

Uh, I would like to suggest, you mentioned about the challenges.

Ano 'to? Parang hackathon, this coming November, challenges, tama ba? Yun ba 'yan? Um, as mentioned, meron, meron kasi tayong 40...

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, and, um, for the fourth-year student is to produce...

Uh, a business model. Then, so I'll, uh, making output for tech-entrepreneurship. And that is, as I said before, we also have partnership with the DOST. They are the ones who will give the challenges that the micro, small, medium enterprises will experience. So, we have a partnership with them and they said that they can give the challenge and the IT will be the one who propose a solution for the SMS- MSMEs. So, maybe you can partner with the profes-

... uh, uh, uh,

for the name proposal. Uh, next one, po. By the way, by, uh, some-- for the JPCS, I think you didn't include some activities, uh, na ginagawa ng SSC. Maybe you, you try to check. Uh- Kailangan ba talaga? ... in ask ko po kasi yung SSC amount, po, and, and sabi po nila is i-insert ko lang daw po muna yung mga event for JPCS since, uh, long time na po yun, is nagagawa pa lang din po sila ng COFA. Ah, okay. Since medyo nauna kayo k

ai-- sa kanila, sa SSC. Okay. Sige, di-- let's try to, uh, revise na lang. Then also, ayan, maganda, uh, maganda din tong internship experience. Um, since Sir Dion ang ating coordinator for internship or OJT. By the way, later I will discuss some, uh, some related activities to this one, and maybe we can align our projects or our POA regarding this one. So, maybe you can partner with us, uh, for, uh, for

this one because we already have partners or, uh, we already have the list of the industry with MOA with us, with the college. So, pwede niyo siyang i-endorse sa mga fourth year natin this December. Okay. And, um, medyo naghihipit po kasi kami sa college. They are not allowed to, uh, enroll internship unless otherwise nakapagpasa na sila ng hardbound. So, maganda na mas early na,

this December, tama, na makapag-conduct na tayo sa kanila ng parang somehow orientation or how, uh, internship will work or h-how to apply to an intern program. Uh, do you have anything to add, uh, Ms. May?

Okay. Thank you for presenting your activities. And now, um, I would like to also present the priority program of the college. And again, I hope, uh, we can align all the activities related to this one. Um, most of the activities naman na sinabi niyo ay eto natin. Pero, uh, I just want to highlight, uh, some

programs.

Okay. Okay.

Okay. Okay.

Yes, please. I need to- Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Nagbagal kasi yung laptop ko. So these are the priority or priorities of the college related to some student.

The first one is the AI hackathon and programming competition. So the college are planning to conduct an artificial intelligence hackathon, programming and software development competition through challenges and student innovation and problem-solving via tech entrepreneurship. So since one of the, uh, organization are planning for this one, so, uh, kasi, we are planning to, uh, partner with you on the activities related to students.

So okay na ako dito for hackathon. And this one, tatagal ko na 'tong sinasabi sa organization, "Why you are not conducting any, uh, research-related and extension-related activities?" Uh, sabi kasi nila, more on academic daw and extracurricular yung ginagawa nila. But, uh, sometimes, nagpapapero naman yung mga organization ng mga booth, ng mga, anong tawag dito, ng mga expo or show

case the output of the students. Ang hindi ko lang makita, why not you are not showcasing the, the student or the research output of the fourth-year student? Kasi siguro if you are encouraging the third-year students to, to enroll or encouraging our students na mag-push through sa pag-ody, maybe you can show them ano ba yung naging output ng mga fourth-year dati? Or yung parent na yun, baka si Napres, uh-

-kasi naman silang mga de-develop na system. Kasi showbiz kasi naman yung mga ginawa ng, uh, yung mga ginawang project ng, uh, first year, second year, and so on. But, hindi natin na-highlight yung paghahirap ng mga fourth-year natin. So, this year we are planning to conduct a research colloquium. There will be a presentation and also, uh, book, uh, to showcase yung naging output po nila.

And, uh, also under this research colloquium, ang challenge po kasi ay like, meron po tayong niche program. At sinabi po natin niche program, that is the program assigned to the college in order for us to help our community. We are always, uh, sending or, or transferring technology to, to community. For example, a web-based systems-

Mm-hmm. -uh, a barangay system, an LGU system, or any enterprise system, uh, doon sa partner or doon sa mga client na nakita po ng mga s-- fourth-year students po natin. So, ang dami po namin doon is technology transfer. Under this technology transfer, meron din po tayong kinokonduct na, um, training programs for them in order for them to use the technology or to highlight paano ba nila- Mm-hmm. -sagamitin ang technology para ba-

Mm-hmm. -dumating mas productive sila. And I think TechIS, uh, meron silang program for youth development. I don't know lang kung naituloy pa yun. Yung nakokonduct sila ng parang training sa mga students or sa, sa elementary pa yun or, or, a-- or junior high school or senior high school, um, for game development. Mm-hmm.

Ang maganda po ng naging output po doon, nilang po sila natuturuan doon how to develop games, how to do-

Mmm ... program. Kaya ngayon, we are expecting eleven students, or eleven sections, rather, ng first year. So maybe, uhhh, pwede, pwede natin siya itulot? Kasi maganda yung naging output po doon.

Yeah, or mag-- maganda yung naging impact po niya.

And also, last one is the internationalization program. Eto po yung hindi po ginagawa po sa amin or sa campus, maybe you can start. Kasi most of the other-- or most of the campuses, for example, Aling Hilan and Pablo Borbon, nagkaroon po sila ng international activity. Uh, what do you mean by international activity? So meron silang mga partner institution, uh, partner university, and nagkaka-una sila ng, ng iba, join virtual class, join, uh, uh,

seminar or webinar na uma-attend po yung student from the university and uma-attend din po yung student dito sa ating university. So you can tap our partner, such as the Malaysia Institute of Science and Technology, na naka-base po sa Malaysia, if you want to conduct an international activity. For example, yun sa JPCS, if you're planning to have a training or a workshop or a seminar, why not invite, uh, our partner from Malaysia Institute of Science and Technology or our partner

from Red Hat Academy, our partner from Oracle. So marami pong, uh, inistablish na partnership ang college. Kami po ay naghahanap ng madaming international partner and you can, uh, conduct an activity with them through us. Pag sabi lang po kayo, "Ay, Sir Dion, mag sabi lang po kayo sa amin," and then we can invite them to talk doon sa inyong, uh, organization. You can, uh, invite them na mag-conduct ng short webinar, short trainings, and so on.

And also, magtataran po-- or meron kaming lulutang partnership with, ay, university sa Taiwan, um, that is Chung Yuan Christian University, and we're hoping na by this, uh, by this year, maka-pag-sign po kami ng memorandum of understanding para po sa international internship program. Ayan. So meron po kami mga program for international internship. By the way, I will open, uh, the, the call for

the, uh, mobility or student exchange program. Um, last time po, kausap ko po si Malaysia Institute of Science and Technology, or MIST, Malaysia, and naga-offer po siya ng short, uh, cultural exchange program that is offering one week or two weeks.

-dents. Kasi ang problem doon, the university will shoulder some expenses or a total of 10,000 pesos for the expenses. Pero upon checking the offer of the MIST, medyo, uh, kulang ang 10,000 for the short program. This is, uh, two weeks kayo mag-i-stay sa kanila or sa MIST. You tour kayo sa buong Malaysia for cultural exchange, but it comes with a cost. So magtataran kami ng call. So minimum of 10 po kasi. Sa inyo po, if you are in

-terested, pakita ko po sa inyo.

Paki- no, excuse me- Sino po 'yung open? Baka interested po kayo makasampun abad pag student organization or coming from the officer. So mag-pilot muna tayo sa inyo. Ayan.

So, last time- May bu- may budget na ano? ... na may Malaysia, and eto yung siya nila. Kala sila tinatawag na student in, ah, culture program. And, um, bukas po ay first event. So, this is, ah, Malaysian Baking RM. So, that is 1,700- Di ko alam. Paano yun? ... for one week program. And, parang-

Huh? ... Malaysian Ringgit for two weeks. Dalawang two weeks- Kasi parang ano yung nangyari? One month-- ah, two weeks online, two weeks, ah, yung mismo, pupunta na kayo doon sa Malaysia. That comes with the hotel accommodation, transfor- transportation- Oh, may hotel pa. May hotel ka pa dyan. ... um, program engagement, certificate, and, ah, and certificate. And the two weeks program, medyo maganda naman yung binigay nila.

Um, programs which has related to business analytics and the corporate governance. And meron po sa last day na sightseeing in Kuala Lumpur. So, eto po yung- Oh, wow. ... experience namin. Safety in Chinatown. Pero we are- Kuala Lumpur. ... uh, participants for kung sino ang- Malaysia nakalagay yun.

... three, three thousand ringgit. That's about- Yeah.

... uh, 10,000.Oh. Oh.

Thanks.

60,000.

So, is the university close or there's- Sagedt pang budget na school na may,

uh, board, uh...

So, interested po ba 'yo? If you're interested, so help us na mag-disimulate itong information po na ito. Uh, what do you need? Do you need a passport? Yes, kasi pupunta tayo ng ibang bansa. But the university will help us to process our visa related to Malaysia, uh, for the visa. Pero pag naman kasi student, uh, sa Malaysia kasi, since that is an Asian country, uh, kapag wala ganyan, maliliwanag na ba ako ng visa. Okay po.

So, yun lang. Magtatawag kami ng parang promotional na 'to. Kasi minimum of 10- Minimum of 10. ... and we'll also, uh, uh, shoulder some expenses related to this. Hindi, hindi siya para sa lahat. Uh- Minimum of 10 students. ... shops. Kaya.

Mm-hmm. I mean, I can, I can somehow help you guys. But if you're willing to pay the amount, uh, yeah, we can, um, makasampo tayo, makakatanghela po tayo. And also, let's be part-

Mm-hmm. ... of this Taiwan.

Yeah, but I don't know kung magpupusod it this year yung- May Taiwan pa. ... um, student from Malaysia. ... in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in, in

So, last night- Nak-approve pa nila yung sa Malaysia. ... magtama yung call. Galing malay. ... masaya.

Right. Some, uh, some of our partners or international partners or even our local partners, our partner program is open wide.

All right. Yes, SEPL. Sir, good evening. Sir.

Yes, sir. How are you? Sir, how are you? Good, sir. How are you?

Uh, wala naman po. Wala siyempre requirements kasi daw yung students to the next stage. Kung cultural advantage siya.

Short term. Wala po siyang dating requirements.

Hindi ata bababa siya sa grade. Hindi ko alam.

Ano?

Oo, sir. Kaya, I just wanted to share with you guys-

... uh, a place to get my attention of, uh, very nice, uh, company here, which is an amazing place. Uh, for example, Google, IBM, and so on. Uh, yeah. Mr. SGL.

SGL,

uh,

express and then would like to-- you have, uh, would like to conduct a survey sa, sa-- wait for a minute. Let's go here first with the officers. Conduct a, uh, a survey on who is willing to participate with the two-week, uh, immersion or study immersion program under M-MUSD, the Malaysian University, uh, Science and Technology.

So, names, pero make sure lang na sila ay willing to participate kasi, uh, we'll screen din naman. We will, we will shortlist din.

Sige po, uh, any questions related to the talent priority?

Okay. Hearing none.

I hope we'll participate po tayo lahat, and I hope lahat pala ay maging active with the organization.

Eh, yun naman po ang, ang wa-- uh-

Mmm.

Mm-hmm ... willingness to help our students or to be a student leader.

So, may I, uh, so, uh, some,

I need to discuss these patterns. So other one terms...

Other matters. So, meron tayo-- meron akong apat na other matters to, uh, like to discuss. Uh, first one is the ASEAN voyage on August 12, 2024.

Mm-hmm. Uh, parang ako po, I'm just going to ask you a chance, Lord, uh, asking for a student support or student who can participate- Pagi. ... or want to volunteer-

... Nagaganap na activities, eh, annually pa, meron pong nagaganap na activity po doon sa ating Gym Day Show. Ngayon po, our chancellor is requesting for a student volunteer who can help them to be-- to facilitate the event. So kumbaga, may gusto daw niyang, uhm, mag-involve ng student ushers. So ngayon, I will task JPCS to identify students kung sino po yung magiging usher po natin this coming August 12th.

So just send me the name. I will, uh, update you on Monday kasi late na nag-message si chancellor.

Pero the more the manyer, the merrier. Okay po. So I hope makapagnominate po tayo JPCS.

Next one po, uh, and since kanina naman meron kayong mga nababanggit na plans for the orientation sa mga students on September, on August, but the college will be, uh, conducting an orientation or o- uh, a program sa opening po ng, ng, uh, academic year this coming August 17 on- onwards. Since madami tayong first year students and they are not familiar with the school or with our

campus, same with, uh, our activity last year, the faculty members will meet all the students or all the first year students and conduct a mini-orientation or somehow orientation about the college. So ganun lang naman yun. So meaning, sa first day po, wala pa pong klase but we are requiring all the first year students- Oo, rinig mo na. For our first year representative, I would like

At din po ay didiscuss ng mga faculty on the first day of, uh, the school year or sa Monday, August 17. So I would like to seek, uh, assistance ng organization to disseminate this

information. For second year, third year, and fourth year students, since, um,

ah, classroom, ay, may utilize po ng ating first year. During the first day, online muna po sila ang lahat. Online muna po sila. So second year- ... to fourth year, online muna po sila sa, ah- ... sa, ah, una- ... sa, ah, una-

... sa una. ... sa una. Ang meron lang po kung pasok 17 ay ang ating po first year. And also, officers- ... is to assist the faculty member- ... na magco-conduct po ng orientation. So magkakaroon tayo ng parang tour-

So please do so po katulad nung ginawa po natin last year. Questions?

Clarification for the number two.

During that, so let's proceed with the number three. Issues related to the student organizations. So last... Kailangan ko talaga direct. Last month, kausap ko po, uh, isang professor under STC College and namanasag po niya sa akin na hapakapuli daw po ng s- ng student organization po ng College of Informatics and Computing Sciences. Wala siyang relatable name or

Ang sabi lang po niya is an organization under the College of Informatics and Computing Sciences. Bakit merong issue related to bullying? Bakit nagkaroon ng, bakit nagkaroon ng ganun issue ang

mga students?" Sa pagkaka-kinilala ko, sabi ko sa kanila, "Sa pagkaka-kinilala ko sa student organization namin, medyo tahimik silang lahat or hindi ganun yung mga personality nila." Pero sabi, ilang, ilan na yung nakapagsabi sa akin na medyo meron nga daw mga ganun instances. So going back or moving forward, sabi ko, "I will talk to the organization, uh, related to this one." Um, sana po, I'm hoping that this coming semester, wala na po tayong maging ganun issue. Even

, uh, both JPCS and, uh, TechIS, meron po akong na d- dinig na mounting issue between these two organizations within the college,

uh, lagi ko 'to sinasabi or lagi ko 'to na ma-mentioned sa mga president na ayaw ko po ng mga ganun. Gusto ko po, we are building, uh, relationship or good relationship with-- between colleges, between departments, between students, and even with our colleagues within the college. Sana po by this time, wala na po akong mandinig na ganun mga issue. So let's resolve our issue within, within, within our premise, within our domain,

at huwag na po nating siyang palabasin outside or huwag na nating kwento sa iba. And with regards to other colleges, again, gusto ko po meron tayong magandang relationship with other college. Hindi po pwede na nakikipag-compete po tayo sa kanila, but at the same time, meron po tayong natatapakan po sa kanila. Wala pong problema sa competition. That's normal. That's okay. Uh, kumbaga part 'yan ng student organization, pero sana maganda or good competition po, or maganda

yung maging, uh, relationship natin with them.

At alam ko that is just a miscommunication. Let's be open with other, with other organization. Eh, like, para kasi yung diniga-- dinig ko, porque tayo daw yung priority or tayo daw yung pinakamadami

, uh, students. Anong sabi niya?

Okay. So let's proceed with the last one which is the participation in the external partner's activities.

Or even hindi sila napaparticipate doon, for example, yung gawad na lang last time. Bakit walang sumasali doon sa activity ng mga org and so on?"

They are, ah, they don't want, ah, paperworks. Ayaw nila nung magpapile sila ng sobrang daming, ah, papel and so on unlike other colleges na talagang nagkikipon sila kung ano yung mga pwede nilang ipasa doon sa mga ganoong competition.

Same with the competition or other competition issued by our partner organization, wala sumasali. Ilang beses ko lang silang bihan ng mga faculty na, ah, let's stop our student, let's stop our student organizations. Like IS ba kami, you know, Nominees, JPSC ba kami, Talaya and so on. Pero wala talaga. So by this year, ah, your assignment is to encourage all our students to participate with the external activities or any activities na magpupusong confidence po nila.

Ah, ito palang bata na to, ah, sumasali sa mga programming competition so madami siyang experience in the programming and so on. Hindi-- they don't know how to express their thoughts. They don't know how to express their, their, ah, knowledge or

skills. So maybe we can set up program related to communication. Let's help our student to communicate well or communicate effectively.

Comments, suggestions, violent reactions.

Hola. Okey. Soy-

Again, I hope all of our student organizations ay maging-- or student officers ay maging active. And any problem, any, any concerns, pwede po kayong lumapit po sa akin. Uh, open po ang, ang office. Open po ang, ang minong messenger. Open po ang aming email for student concerns. And to sign up po kayo yung, yung teach, and then our students and us, or the admin, para ma-address namin lahat ng concern.

Okay, student, okay, quality of, ah, quality service to our students. And sign up po, patulungan natin mo kami. Okay po. Okay na siya sana.

Okay.

If you don't have any questions, I'm glad to be here.

Since wala po si Sir Lawrence po ngayon, uh, I would like to document this one. Okay. Let's go invite everyone to open their camera and, uh- Open your camera. ... picture naman po tayo for the first time. Ma'am, open na. Bumakay ako sa open ng camera. Open na. Open na. Di ko matamaan pa eh. Tanga, kawad.

Sino yung ampataras? Si Paula.

Muuuh, ganun.

Hello, uhhh, yan.

Malamig. Kung sino yung saan ba? Hindi ko alam.

By the way, eh, siguro magkaroon tayo ng regular meeting, regular huntahan session. Just to, uh, kamustahan lang yung, yung me. Pero I know, magigilan niya naman dyan.

Teka, sooo...

Alô?

Não, não deu, não.

Descolado. Descolado. One, two, three.

Okay. Once again, thank you for the-

So, I don't want to talk anymore now. So, see you last 17. And, JBCS, don't forget my assignment. Thank you, po. Thank you.
