In your file explorer go to ftp.follett.com

not chrome but your actual folder explorer

This willl pop up

🌐 Host: ftp.follett.com

👤 Username: follett

🔑 Password: digital

Then click into Vendor Images

Look for the CDI folder. If there's not one in there, you will create it on your desktop, put the file or files in that folder, and then drag and drop the whole folder into this vendor images folder. You unfortunately cannot create a new folder directly inside the FTP vendor images folder so you'll have to do it outside of it and then drag and drop it in.
